Learn at least one thing in every situation

What do you do when your prospect says “I’m not interested ” ?

I read years ago that during the interview process at Amazon….Jeff Bezos would know almost instantly if he was going to hire someone or not within a few minutes into a conversation.

The interesting part is…even when he knew he had no use for someone at Amazon…he would not end the interview until he learned something new he did not know before that interaction.

I think the over all point is…do not be so quick to end a meeting when you do not hear what you want to hear.

Every interaction is an opportunity for something even when that “something” is not a closed deal.
