Can nice people build great businesses?
Do we all have to be like a Steve Jobs or Gordon Ramsey and make people feel bad to get things done?
It is tough to get anything from 0-1.
There are people who will not be satisfied for anything less than great and then there are people who are just not nice people.
Know the difference. Be firm but fair.
